Signing up is not open yet
Tap & Play has no legal entity yet, so there is nobody for you to enter an agreement with, no data-processing agreement in force, and no privacy notice that can name a controller. All three have to exist before a service like this can take a customer, so the form is not here rather than being here and collecting your details anyway.
